Although this strip was published as part of my cult weekly webcomic State of Anchovy it first saw light on the BBC web site when it was selected from entries to a contest to draw comic strips/cartoons about the dutch comic strip contraversy.
I'm still really proud that this one made it and the over all contest winner which beat me to the grand prize was really clever.
As I recall it was moses chatting to Jesus and Moses says "What do you think about this comic strip thing?" and jesus says "I don't know, Mohumid what do you think?" and a voice says from off "Sorry, I can't be drawn in to this."
As it is I think my strip speaks for it's self. You may have noticed (And you certainly will with other strips I still have to go up) that I don't belive in pulling back on a strip just because it strays in to a religous area. but since I still know very little about islam or for that matter non-christian religon what jokes I do make had until the point I drew this strip focused on christianity. I think one thing you have to remeber about my comedy is that it is not intended as a statement but as a question. I guess that is the reult of my religon as an agnostic which makes statements difficult.

The butter legion- a socialist movement/mass colab project I started, to trigger artistic change and evolution in Da artists (mainly my watchers), to make them more active and dedicated on DA. Now 170 people strong and growing... A "dangerous cult"? a "new religion"? "artistic version of fight club" or "communist movement"? You decide!
Hello there! This news article is the result of a thumb share thread I posted few days ago on the dA forum along with pictures from my favorites. I hope you enjoy them.

From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. I like it, it's funny and not offensive at the same time.
